ABS Compound
Key words:
Biofilled ABS Granules with Coffee Grounds Fiber Recycled ABS Compound-KF700
KF700 – Coffee Grounds Fiber-Reinforced Recycled ABS 1. Made from post-consumer recycled ABS (RABS) 2. Reinforced with natural coffee grounds fibers, a renewable biomass byproduct 3. Reduces plastic content and lowers carbon footprint 4. Free from halogenated additives and compliant with major environmental directives (RoHS, REACH) 5. Supports circular economy and sustainable material innovation 6. Suitable for eco-conscious brands and green product lines
Biofilled ABS Granules with Cereal Fiber- Recycled ABS Compound GL700
GL700 – Cereal Fiber-Reinforced Recycled ABS Composite is a sustainable composite material made from recycled ABS (RABS) reinforced with natural cereal fibers such as wheat straw or rice husk. This bio-composite not only reduces the use of fossil-based plastics but also improves environmental performance by utilizing agricultural byproducts. It maintains good mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and moldability, with a natural matte finish and subtle fiber texture.
Ocean Bound Recycled ABS Granules (OBP Certified RABS XL700)
RABS XL700 is a high-quality recycled ABS compound containing at least 93% post-consumer recycled content, including 83% sourced from waste ITE (Information Technology Equipment) and 10% from ocean plastics. Engineered for general-purpose applications, XL700 offers a well-balanced profile of mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and processability. With a melt flow index of 2.5 g/10min, tensile strength of 450 kgf/cm², and flexural strength of 500 kgf/cm², it is suitable for standard injection molding processes. It features a heat deflection temperature of 80°C, UL94 HB flammability rating, and complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards.
