PP + 20%GF is a glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene (PP) composite containing 20% glass fiber by weight. This material offers a well-balanced combination of enhanced mechanical
properties, thermal resistance, and dimensional stability, while maintaining good processability and impact strength.
Compared to unfilled PP, PP + 20%GF provides significantly improved rigidity, tensile strength, and reduced warpage, making it suitable for structural parts that require higher
performance without sacrificing weight or cost efficiency. The 20% glass fiber content also allows for easier flow and mold filling than higher GF loadings, ensuring better surface finish and precision in molded parts.
