Yujie recycled ABS GF20 granules are engineered for applications requiring enhanced strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability. With 20% glass fiber reinforcement, this GRS certified PCR ABS material delivers reliable performance while supporting sustainable material sourcing.
Material structure and characteristics:
1. Base material: RABS (recycled ABS)
2. Derived from post-consumer electronic, electrical and other plastic products;
3. Has good processability and electrical properties.
4. Reinforcement filler: glass fiber (usually 10%~30%)
5. Enhance material strength, rigidity and dimensional stability;
6. Improve heat resistance and creep resistance.
RABS comes in a variety of colors: natural, white, black, and high-gloss black and etc. It's used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, and machinery manufacturing.
In the automotive industry, applications include dashboards, exterior panels, interior trim, steering wheels, sound deadening, door locks, bumpers, and ventilation systems.
In electronics, it's found in refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, air conditioners, computers, and copiers.
