PC (polycarbonate) is an amorphous, odorless, non-toxic, highly transparent colorless thermoplastic engineering plastics, heat resistance, impact resistance, good mechanical properties, high refractive index, good processing performance, high strength and elasticity coefficient, low forming shrinkage, good dimensional stability, good weather resistance, harmless to human body, health and safety, high transparency, free dyeing according to customer requirements.
PC is used in the automotive industry, electronic and electrical industry, mechanical parts, CDs, packaging, computers and other office equipment, medical and health care, films, leisure protective equipment, charger housings, new energy vehicle charging piles, outdoor energy storage housings, etc.

Recycled PC polycarbonate process:
1. Choose the acquired PC first, transparent and opaque. Blue, red, green, and black need to be separated; there are also modifications, such as textile accessories are mostly modified; for example, discs and lamp holders are coated.
2. Cleaning various colors of PC, CD lamp holder and other deplating process is also operated according to the same principle as ABS. Then dried, classified, sent to the extruder production.
3. Some PC is yellow, transparent still produce transparent; other colors can add colorants and material additives.
Through innovative physical modification methods, the physical properties of new materials produced by imported international brands and the world's major petrochemical plants are the same, and they can completely replace imported raw materials.
At present, the market marine recycled material PCXL110 contains at least 91% of post-consumer recycled content, including 81% of ite-derived post-consumer recycled content and 10% of marine recycled plastic containing 10% of marine recycled RPET material. It is an amorphous engineering material with particularly good impact strength, thermal stability, gloss, bacterial inhibition, flame retardant and pollution resistance. The notched Itest impact strength of PC is very high, and the shrinkage rate is very low, generally 0.1~0.2. The product can improve the processing fluidity, heat resistance, poor anti-cracking and solvent resistance of PC, has good mechanical properties, and improves aging resistance.
RPC is characterized by high impact. At present, it is widely used in auto parts, door handles, mobile phone protective cases, chargers, and power bank electrical switches. The products comply with RoHS and ReacH. Has passed GRS, UL2809 and other environmental certification.
